  Great service was advised if we didn't go with the standard colour could be a bit of a wait the staff were really helpful and our couch will be ready to pick up in a month. We are thrilled at the process they sell at I don't know why people are complaining about wait times

  Hopeless. They dont respond to emails, they dont return calls. If you buy anything, pray that there isnt any defaults as they push you off to the manufacturer by saying its not their fault, we dont make the items.

  The store treated me like garbage. Was told by the delivery guys that they couldnt wait more than 10 minutes for me to get home and collect the furniture. They left before I could quickly rush home. When I submitted my complaint they said that they believed the delivery peoples fake story over mine and there was nothing they could do except reschedule. They clearly prioritise the customer second and the delivery people first. Shocked and appalled.

  I paid for my couch in full in early January. Nobody called me to tell me it would be delayed - I've had to contact them to find out my couch would be delivered in early March, then early April, now late April. Called the store to make a complaint, was promised a call by 5pm - I'm still waiting 4 days later! The sales experience was good, but after sales experience is rubbish. I've contacted head office and have been told to talk to the store. What a joke. Once they have your money, they don't need to bother with service, it seems!

  Terrible after sale services..."you're more than welcome to cancel your order"...that what i got after complaining about my delayed order...never come back!!
